Texas Longhorns have landed three defensive players, including 4-star edge rusher Jabarrius Garror and 4-star recruit Kasi Currie.
The Longhorns secured commitments from Garror, Currie, and Jason Johnson, a top-60 prospect in Texas.
Garror, ranked No. 4 in his state, chose Texas over Alabama, Georgia, and Michigan.
These commitments strengthen the Longhorns' 2027 recruiting class, now ranked No. 5 in the nation.
Currie, a 6-foot-4, 315-pound recruit, could project as an offensive lineman.

Garror won Alabama's Class 5A lineman of the year for the second season in a row.
He racked up 32.5 tackles for loss and 21 sacks, per 247Sports.
Twice he's been named a MaxPreps All-American.
The 21 commits consist of two five stars, nine four stars, and 10 three stars.
More top prospects are expected to make their decisions in the coming weeks.
